Camille offers variations in each class to allow you to modify the workout to meet and challenge your needs -- whatever your fitness level may be.
Tone-N-Torch (TNT):
‘TNT’ Tone muscles and Torch calories in this highly metabolic Sweat Sesh! Use hand weights, resistance bands and functional movement (lunges, squats, planks) to improve muscle tone, core stability, posture and endurance. Exercises are fused together so there is no “down time” creating a fury of full-on toning! It’s a BLAST!

Hand weights, Power Systems Versa Loop (red and green),
Spri 9″ Sponge Ball.
Flow Yoga:
Enjoy breath-focused yoga postures that will lengthen and strengthen your muscles. Creative exercise sequencing to music opens every part of the body and aids recovery. Core work and optional arm balances or more advanced variations offered throughout. You will finish feeling refreshed and ready to take on your day!

Total Body Sweat Sesh:
A TOTAL BODY SWEAT SESH! You will be surprised how challenging using only your body weight can be! Squats, lunges, core, HIIT training and core and more core. You will sweat!

Body weight training at its finest!
