For your convenience, this 15-minute meeting can be held via Zoom. Together, we’ll pinpoint your goals and uncover the safest, quickest route to them.  We will discuss any injuries or physical limitations you may have.  Coach Camille will learn about your current activity level and type of exercise you may have enjoyed in the past.   Based on that information Camille will offer guidance to balanced, healthy habits and lifestyle modification.  Your first session with Camille will include a fitness assessment and measurements.
