What Clients Are Saying

“I really liked the cues you provided – instead of the usual words – you offered “if it’s available”… I thought that was clever that you didn’t indicate that there were levels of difficulty. Instead it was a way around labeling levels. You’re sneaky. You also stressed that we were not having to go to tempo, instead watch for “form and function”… loved that! After taking 3 (or 4) of your classes now, I can say you never repeated a movement. Even just doing an ab exercise on the squishy ball, just the simple movement of “sweeping the arms” made the movement fresh, different. Took the mind off the contracting muscles….You are certainly a pro and make everything look easy (grr!) and have fun doing it.”

“Thank you Camille for checking up on me. I’m glad I listened to your expert advice and powered through Wednesday’s class. I was almost immediately not as sore as I was on Monday. I really love the workouts even if I can’t do everything. As you know I’ve signed up for next week and I’m looking forward to it.”

“My muscles are slightly sore this evening… we will see what tomorrow brings! Camille, I wanted to let you know that I so very much appreciate the way you teach the class. I mean especially since I am not always able to do all the moves, you make me feel at ease by showing a different/easier way of doing it!”
